Adding all rare pets to wishlist? Discussion

I've recently done this!

Basically, for me, I don't always recognise rares or up when looking through the pound. So occasionally, I'd see a pet I thought was rare, and it turned out it absolutely wasn't. So now, if it's on my wishlist, it's either a pet I genuinely want, or at least a rare I can trade on.

Sometimes now, when I'm trading, I'm like 'oh that's a really rare pet I'm hoping to collect!', but all I have to do is check in the archive and it'll say whether I've already got it or not, and then I know.

tbh i just add every pet i'm missing to my wishlist (or hoard pets), though i still have to go through '11 to '13. makes trading for missing pets easier and i see nothing wrong with having a mega-sized wishlist

I do this so that, for example, if a person is quitting and giving away all their pets you’ll be able to immediately find the rare ones without picking through pages

I can only recommend you adding everything to your wishlist! You never know when you might come across a user who wants to trade one of the pets you need for your collection! I completed my collection 5 years ago, but I remember that this was the best way to collect them all.

I don't like to add common pets to my wish list, usually, so I'll tend to only click rare pets I actually want. This makes it easier for commissions and things, but mostly I think I just do it to keep people from sending two WL common rats for my BA =w=
