Nicks are worth quite a bit and are high on demand, I'd say they're doing an over

Nick pet demand varies a lot from person to person. Some people love them & overpay, some hate them and underpay & others pay fair.
Rarity wise, the first trade is unfair to you by about a '10 rare.
The second is overpay. One VR rat plus the UCs would be about fair going by the 3 month rule. The item and other rares & up aren't really needed. Demand wise depends how you value the item and rats.

I would have to say none of them are fair. Right now the cinnabuns worth is demand-based since it is not yet placed on the list. Right now it's going for about a non. The pets offered in the first and second trade both don't add up to the nons tier at all. Demand wise and rarity wise.

Oh no please don't give out false advice!!
The demand of nicks are drastically falling and I haven't seen them go for any real overpay! I would accept the second one. Even with the demand of rats, the first one is unfair and they would have to add another '10 rare. The second trade is a huge overpay! There is also a very much high demand item in the second one! So I would say the second is way more fair to you!

Rats have very low demand, but eh...
Personally I like the first trade better -_-

There are no warrior cats in this trade, just sitting cats. For warrior cat names see the chicken smoothie wiki^^

A 2016 store pet is worth a mid-late 2010 rare and their malk cat is a rerelease from September 09 so unfair to them.

Depends on how you value the zodiacs. Rarity wise, it seem's about fair, as the dark oak wood is worth 3-4 '09 rares. However if you value the zodiacs at an '09 rare each, you were overpaying by 1-2 '09 rares c:
