Nope, it's been rare for as long as I can remember. ^_^ I'm actually really suprised it went up...

It was Rare before, if it was Very Rare before that I don't know, but it did just turn Very Rare recently.

Yep. c: In a few months I wouldn't be too surprised if it turned rare again. The grey longtailed(or Suess Tail) store dogs were very rare to begin with, dropped to rare, and now are very rare again. I think the grey dragon did something similar, but I don't remember too well.

This may have been mentioned before, but Jokers have turned very rare. They used to be just rare.
