Yes, it is open :3 I haven't gotten very good pets from there yet, but one day I hope xD I've gotten a few pets from there, though. :3

Tess and Nick aren't the only ones with the power to decide when the pound opens. There are a few other staff members (well...Sorren Fey for sure, and maybe a few others...) who also have the ability to log into the pound account. This is why it is just as likely to open at 5 PM for me as it is to open at 5 PM for Tess.

It's open for about half an hour every two days... so the chance of seeing it open when you check is about 1 in 100.

Yes, but it still mostly opens around that time. I caught the Pound a few times of course o3o
But I remember stalking the Pound a few months ago. Right before I went to sleep, pets were in the Adoption group. When I woke up, they were gone. DX

But in the time of the CS xat, I got a blue sherbet cauz we had been warned it would open owo

There is no schedule. It opens at truly random times, we use a random number generator to decide.
