If I remember rightly, there was a global announcement on starting CS, but now It's around CS Chat somewhere. I'll go find it.

Posting to update my 'guide' info.

I am no longer updating or continuing the Guide to Butterfly Wolves.

Despite the fact that I have virtually no time to continue, with the archives, rarity ratings on the pets, new wishlist, and all the other resources out there, the reason for having the guide is no longer valid.

A lot of you followed suit to make your own guides. And, at first I thought it was really cute, and I honestly felt honored. But, a lot of people have complained about the overload of guides.

But, there -was- a reason I started the guide, and not just to show off pets or collections.

At the time, people warned off adopting Butterfly Wolves from the freebie forums, etc, even though some newbies could run across could be quite valuable. Now, people have learned their value, and no longer warn about 'wasting their time' with them.

My guide has served it's purpose.

Therefore, I'm no longer pressing on. My apologies to everyone for One, no longer updating it, and Two, for getting this guide mess started, lol. I'm sure some really good information came out with them, but I've seen a lot of them never updated, never completed even though pet images were donated to do so, and a lot of them, no offense, that were unnecessary in the first place.

But, won't lecture. Good luck to everyone with their guides in the future!

I've made a Guide to 'Official' CS Dog Names (with permission from Sorren), since the others don't appear to be active anymore. It's complete up to January '10 with every Tess-lineart dog, including all the 2nd Gens, and has a few of the February pets added in so far with more to come as they start reaching the adult stages. ^^ I might add in other pets as I go along, too, but for now it's dogs-only. The thread is locked so no one will post there and interrupt the ordering, by the way.
