Has anyone found that they've hit a road block in their collection?

I probably shouldn't be saying this since I knocked the two big ones off my wishlist a couple days ago (Rose & X PPS), but I literally can't find anyone who owns the ones I'm missing, let alone will trade them to me, only in auctions and stuff, and I keep getting outbid when I'm already offering a lot of overpay.

I'm an impatient soul, I just want to get it complete so I can hoard ALLLLL the PPS sigh.

Getting pretty close to completion, just 5 pages of wishlist left Only a couple rares and uncommons on it though, everything else that's left is list or store.

Has anyone else ever traded off part of a collection cause they thought they werent going to be getting the hardest part of the collection anytime soon, then they get the harder one and now regret + cant seem to get back the first half? legit me with my Sleipnir collection xD I had a purple sleipnir a few months ago, but traded it off thinking I probably wouldn't be anywhere near a brown sleipnir, but just recently I got the brown sleipnir, and now am so far off the purple sleipnir :') xD and forever mad I traded it off rotflol.

@previous question: I think I'm just impatient, but getting these last PPS pets is harder than I thought. I have enough to trade for them, but not really anything super fair / mainly overpay more than anything ;;

I lost another auction though. Oh well, always take the bad with the good! <3

managed to get another 4 birds for my bird item collection during the past two days c:



the white baby birds are proving to be a real challenge to find, and even harder to trade for! now I have half of them though, so that's positive, plus I finally got the last duckling I needed for the set to be complete! and I'm only missing 8 bird items in total!

got animal eggs 5 and 16 just now as well, so I'm closer to finishing my animal egg collection!
I have 58/70 now ^^

I miss 4 pets form Lost City Event and so maaaaany from other events. It is only hard for me or for everyone to get them? I can't really even collect few last pets from 2011 to have all monthly outcomes ;; And when I find what I'm looking for trades are just cancelled. I don't understand ;_;

Guys, I'm so happy!
Remember when I destroyed my zodiac collection by giving away my Leo, like, ages ago?
Yeah... I didn't think you did, either. But still! I did get back a leo just today- and I'm so happy. It was so stressful seeing the group stuck at 11/12 again, especially considering the overpay hell I had to go through to get the collection.

I guess I did get a happy ending after all, though!

that's amazing !!! you arranged them so pleasingly on that dog as well, haha. i finally decided to go ahead and collect all the bird items myself since i had already made decent headway so this is great inspiration. i recently sent out a trade for several that i need and if it's a success then i'll only have 5 items left to collect c:

i'm very quickly running out of space for all these birds, haha. i may split up the penguins and display them separately but for now they have to cozy up ;>

I decided to hunt down the list pet part of my collection, hoping I can knock a few pets off but no luck yet and with only 100c$, it's even harder. Maybe I should stick rare and below for now
