The values are currently being discussed, but you can go by what other people are trading them for. Yes they have spiked in trade value and they will find a new place on the "list" . They're a retired store item and the old "list" was extremely outdated and people have been going by it for years. The revisions are showing certain items are a lot rarer than was once thought.

It depends on what item you are referring to. There's a totoro item that's more realistic and is worth an early 09' rare. The more recent totoro item is worth a common from release date.

The bell collar depends on release date. It would be a common or an uncommon if it's older. I'm leaning more toward a common or two. The Hat may be worth an 09' rare by now. I tried doing a quick search but I haven't really found much on it. The animal egg, see above.
