Best Chinese learning sites?

I'm trying to become fluent in Chinese, more speciafically mandarin. Anybody have any recommendations for me? I'd prefer to use sites and apps (iOS).

I'm currently learning Japanese through Duolingo. It's super helpful and reminds you everyday to practice the language. It has Chinese as well!

Duolingo is really nice but I'd love to learn how to read and write too! Duolingo teaches you how to read it but not write it as far as I know, unfortunately.
