Hurricanes are measured my pressure in the storm, and this storm has a extremely low pressure.
Sadly, lower the pressure, the more dangerous and large the storm.
Hurricanes normally lose their hurricane title after they make landfall, which is why sandy is no longer a hurricane, but a tropical storm.

yes pirate houses can be picked up as can cars and in rare causes can be set down unharmed but thats only in rare cause smost of th time th ehouse gets picked up and broken apart.
