New Oekaki drawing tool now available in every forum

You can now use our new Oekaki drawing tool in every Oekaki forum, not just the "Test our new Oekaki version" forum. So if you want to try out our new Oekaki, you can choose "ChibiPaint v2.0" on your Oekaki settings page here:

http://www.chickensmoothie.com/oekaki/settings.php

Be sure to save your drawing early on just to see that the new Oekaki saves correctly for you, if you haven't used the new version before..

New features:
- You now can rotate your drawings to portrait orientation and save them that way
- Larger drawing area with better organization of palettes gives you more room to work
- New color palette
- New loading screen
