A problem with our help system meant that a lot of the help email replies you've emailed to us at helpbot@chickensmoothie.com never got added in to our help system, so we never saw them . We're currently working hard to get all those questions you guys asked answered!

(help messages you submitted through the Contact Us page form worked fine though)
