1. you must read the main thread.
2. you need to know how to use or do::
-lock alpha
-add, multiply, overlay, and other effects
-layer creation
-flipping things horizontally and vertically
-line editing
3. no neons. none. they may be used very lightly with other colors.
4. make a cover for your entries and number your entries in order. this will show me that you can number chibi dogs correctly. the more entries the better chance you have of winning. this will show you're dedicated.
5. you can keep one of your entries if you win!! but only if you win! if you lose, you may keep the design, but not on these lines. transfer it to another set of lines. this will result in a strike or ban!
