Cadence is obsessed with competition. It doesn't matter what kind of
competition it is, even if it's embarrassing for her. Getting into
competition usually doesn't help her in the long run, because she
doesn't know who she's up against. She's very persistent, so even
if she lost, she forces the battle to extend until the other Kalon
or she is worn out. She prefers the competitions to be dance
related though, as that is her specialty.

what they're obsessed with:: kokoa seems to be obsessed with coming off
intimidating. she gives off an intimidating appearance to keep others away,
but in reality, she is just very shy and quite awkward, though she can become very
angry if provoked. many seem to become fascinated with kokoa easily. which
may lead to unrequited love, since she doesn't seem to understand others feelings.
to calm her, she seems to enjoy weaving scarves that she can cover her face with.

Hanako is a Kalon often troubled, constantly making attempts to be better than her peers in many, if not all, aspects. Success puts a smile on her face, but even the smallest of failures can cause her to feel unbearably depressed. Gardening is her obsession, an activity in which she finds solace and relaxation, as it is the single aspect of her life in which she allows herself to not become competitive. The flowers she grows are almost like her friends. They comfort her in ways no one else can as she waters, trims, pulls weeds.. Her worries melt away when she's occupied with her garden. Hanako does not let anyone else know about her gardening obsession in order to keep her hoards of beautiful flowers to herself. The garden is her safe place.
