They're allowed to do any contests they want ... and if they don't want to judge 60 zillion forms, well, that makes perfect sense.
Not everyone can enter for every JBD. Such is life. ^^'

I don't mind page limits either, I think that page limits like at page 10 are the best though, any less and they are hard to get and any more and the chances are harder and there's a lot more forms to read.

I have a question regarding adopts.
Are all the same artists going to switch to these lines? Are the artist from the very first JellyBean Dragons going to be artists again 'cause on 1.5, there didn't seem to have all the same artists.

The artists currently making the JBDs are using these lines. 1.5 didn't seem to have some of the artists because Bonus retired and Tabby Bae was let go. Otherwise, it should be all the same artists.
