What are the ways to get money? Is it just looting or selling items? Could there be “jobs” (like alchemy, for instance) that would allow you to make side money?

xx Quests and other forms of money making techniques will be implemented in the future, I'm glad to see others are interested in this idea as well.
And I'm sure anyone could tell anything in the marketplace :)
