Yes it's a new dragon and no adult dragons can't die unless you kill them using the action "Kill"

edit- it has now been claimed. However, unless you just haven't posted yet, whoever claimed this egg ignored what I specifically asked them to do- post if you claim it. This is the second time it's happened, I'll stop doing first-come-first-served teleports if you continue to do this. :T
