Reg is 5’10, with a lean, athletic build. He has dark
brown hair, which he often wears with a middle
-part. His eyes are dull green, and both of his ears
are pierced. Jewellery is not a rare sight on him;
normally adorning black rings, simplistic woven
bracelets, and at-least one necklace. Clothing
wise, his style is more practical; Black utility
trousers or joggers, often styled with a plain
t-shirt and either a bomber jacket or simple
hoodie, paired with his favourite black beanie.
He’s not one for much colour outside blacks or
greens.

He has multiple tattoos; a lot of abstract black
work tattoos across his back and down his arms.
His hands are often bruised and knuckles cracked
and crusted with scabs from his habits of boxing
to try and break up some of his energy. He looks
pretty rough nowadays, darker under eyes from
lack of sleep, nose tinged red and scelera’s
bloodshot from the times he just crumples to the
floor surrounded by his plants, alone and ever so
lost.

He does atleast care enough to try and keep himself
in shape, he can often be seen going for runs. He’s
an avid “free-runner” choosing to scale rooves, or
leap across railings. In a spiteful way it’s just because
he knows how upset the gods would be at how utterly
inappropriate it is for delicate little pers to be scraping
knees and going to bed with bruises from
misjudging a gap.

He also enjoys the company of animals, so his clothes
are often covered in pet hair; usually canid. When you
struggle with getting attached to people - you look for
ways to fill the void.

The goddess Persephone is known for serving as goddess of Spring, and
was often associated with fertility and love. Realistically, being born to
Zeus and Demeter is easily reason enough to turn scornful in it’s own r-
ight. But Reg tried to be a good, prosperous goddess, he really did. The
thing is, when you force someone into a mould that doesn’t exactly fit
them, again, and again, and again, they tend to get pretty resentful.
Since he could remember, Reg was babied by his mother in particular,
he wasn’t allowed to have his own opinions, have his own friends, do
what he wanted to do. Everything had to be “approved”. Sit with a stra-
ight back, balance the books on your head. Don’t laugh too loudly; it’s
unbecoming. Be graceful. Be innocent. Be feminine. Yeah well that went
to hell. For all the effort Reg went through to appease the gods, to be
the “perfect” little goddess, he didn’t get a single ounce of thanks for
it. Then he met Hades; someone who wasn’t shallow enough to care
for the specifics of Reg’s situation. Reg even felt like he was beginning
to understand Hades, probably the most misunderstood god of them all.
He’d escape from his overbearing mother and their perfect image of him,
and just be himself in the underworld. He wasn’t a complete savage, he
still held himself with dignity and poise - but he could breathe a little
easier. He figured they were friends, maybe even on their way to being
close friends. And then the rumours started. Reg didn’t give a single care
in all of the universe if the gods thought he had married Hades, but oh,
the absolute hell his mother had given them. Even starting to go
dormant for six months a year, starving the mortals she was supposed
to protect - though of course Hades took the brunt of the blame for that.
Hades also threw Reg out on his backside; and Reg was torn up - he came
to the conclusion that it was Hades’ attempt to save face and remain in
the god’s good graces. Now incredibly resentful towards the god’s ( like
his mother’s) entitled attitudes, the pathetic blaming the mortals do. “Oh,
Hades this, Persephone that,” He just got sick of it. And now he’s here,
alone and damaged. Angry and hurt at Hades’ perceived “betrayal”, he’s not
done well at making more friends. He’s developed a very juvenile sense of
attachment and abandonment issues.

Now he’s just a shell of his former self; spending most of his time in England
or France as a model throughout the decades. He’s finally made enough
money to be a struggling florist in Oracle. He owns his little plant shop,
tentatively taking care of the various houseplants with what pathetic power
he has left. He spends most days either repotting sad green plants,
getting ‘bitten’ by cacti or making floral arrangements for marriage or
whatever people are into nowadays. A bouquet here and there for some
unfaithful dirtbag to go begging to their partner that cheating was a mistake.
Yeah, mortals are not reg’s favourite company. Some days, if he’s in a good mood
(or upset and in need of trying to lighten himself up), he’ll weave intricate
and leafy flower crowns. There’s still some softness left in him, it’s a shame
it’s buried by resentment for most of the universe.

So much for showing everyone how strong and independent he can be. At least
he gets to be comfortable in his own skin now, considering his behaviour - his
identity is the least of Demeter’s worries.

trivia
i. forces himself to go to bars, even just to drink lemonade,
he knows he needs to make an effort to socialise so he doesn’t
succumb to the depths of his own mind. there’s a time and a
place for his eternal pity-party. ii. doesn’t have hayfever, likes
to occasionally brag about it - especially to mortals iii. has a
british accent now, and is still adjusting to a few of the american
customs, that’s what happens when you spend your time away iv. sleeps
with a stuffed dog v. he’s not really sure where he stands, he’s probably
considered transgender, but he’s happy with his appearance and identity now
regardless of his turmoils when he was still under demeter’s gaze. he’s just
appreciative that gods have the ability to change what they want about
vi. doesn’t hate everyone, but he holds a mean grudge and he is so
hellbent on remembering how he was treated that he’s in the mindset of
it’ll be so much easier to appease people if there’s no one left to appease.

Az always admired the stars, ever since he was a little boy. Though not
once did he even consider the idea that he might once be able to explore
them himself. After a turbulent childhood and struggling in a school set-
ting, he was branded as just another nobody. Written tests were not his
forte, and his grades reflected that. However, he proved to be incredibly
resourceful, and showed great potential in his hands-on-ability and knack
for picking things up quickly. Az struggled in school, and so eventually
decided to complete an apprenticeship instead of continue with formal
schooling, the apprenticeship was the best thing to happen to him.

After five years he qualified as an engineer, he impressed the right people
and soon got a scholarship to study flight mechanics and engineering. Az
worked like a dog. A few more years and he had made a name for
himself in the field of engineering. Being recruited to be apart of the crew
for wyvern was supposed to be a good, fresh start for him. I mean technically,
it might still be a fresh start.

As far as Azriel’s personality goes, he’s an introvert who has tried his best to
make friends and be approachable. His sense of humour is a bit broken, it
flips from dark humour to rather pathetic puns at the drop of a hat, which
sometimes may be jarring to people. He’s used to the awkward silence after
a bad joke, and will cover it up with a nervous chuckle before burying his head
back in the wire panel, pretending it didn’t just happen. Az cares a lot for people,
he tries his best to be as comforting as possible, but his patience definitely has
limits. If someone was to burst into tears in front of him, he’d probably awkwardly
pat their back and offer to let them hold his favourite wrench.

When he’ll breaks loose, Az is very good at remaining calm in a crisis. He’ll push
his emotions aside until the problem’s been dealt with, and then just crumble into
a pathetic puddle whilst he tries to emotionally recover for a few hours afterwards.
He stresses internally pretty easily, and can normally be found trying to make, or fix,
something to take his mind off his inner turmoils. His most negative trait is likely his
impulsiveness. By god is Az a little scrapper, he has a bit of a “brute force will always
work” kind of mindset, which has let to him getting into trouble more than once. Either
being heavy handed and breaking something expensive, or physically getting into fist
fights with other people over trivial topics.

Jack stands at an even 5’11, though with his bed
hair, he’s probably just skimming 6’0. He has
reasonably fair skin, however it’s usually tanned
due to his time outside. His hair is a very dark
brown; normally looking black with the grease
grime in it.

He has what you might consider a “sleeper build”
when he’s relaxed, he doesn’t look like much -
especially due to the baggy clothes he wears.
However when he shrugs off his bomber jacket,
he has a pretty damn impressive physique. His
knuckles are normally always adorned with
scabs, his lip is more often split than not - and
it’s more surprising to see him without bruises
than with. Jack’s answer to a lot of things is
simply violence, he’s not a “talker”. When
someone provokes him, he is rather scary.
He’s not above finding someone’s workplace
and waiting for them just round the corner.

What makes Jack so threatening, is his ability
to just keep getting up. No matter how many
times he is knocked down, he’ll always push
himself back to his feet. He’s unrelenting,
and that tends to unnerve people.

Jack was raised by his mother until he was ten years old. At ten, he got first hand experience
with death. His mother was his only family, and when she fell sick, he had no means to pay
for hospital treatments or medicine. So naturally, he took to stealing what he could. This,
however, tends to get you a bad reputation. He wasn’t the best at hiding his misdeeds, and
at ten years old he was collared in the street, by a police officer who had been on his case
since people started to notice the scrawny little klepto. However, he was lucky to be let
off with a mere warning, a simple slap on the wrist. A few weeks later, he completely
ruined any chance of redemption. His mother had passed in her sleep - it had been a long
time coming really. But Jack took it badly, angered and outraged by the country’s distain
for people like him and his mother, he burnt the rental flat down to the ground and fled.

With a local reputation like Jack’s, people very quickly cornered him in the streets when
they noticed him running - and he was soon turned over to the police. Due to his age they
showed mercy, and sent him to the infamous boarding school when he was old enough, in
the hopes of setting him “straight”. Oh, if only that was the simple fix it was deemed.
soon enough Jack found himself in all sorts of trouble, constantly getting into fights over
the most petty things. By the time he was fourteen, he had been lovingly nicknamed “bear”
due to his seemingly endless aggressive nature. A few more years, and he had showed himself
to be viciously protective; and the nickname “bear” lost part of its original meaning, and soon
became a way of his close ones mocking him, calling him a “mama bear”. He chooses not to
tell most people that, if they don’t already know.

Bear is an interesting person. He’s relentlessly protective, and known to be very aggressive.
He doesn’t do a great deal of talking when he doesn’t have to, and he’s surprisingly awkward.
He loves his group more than anything, and he will burn down cities for his found family if he
has to (or even if he doesn’t, he does quite like fire). Bear is quite soft deep down, he’ll always
try to be there for people when they need him - he’s not great with initiating physical touch but
if you settle down next to him, he’ll pull you closer. Don’t mention it though; mention it and
he’ll clear off.

i. likes cars, sometimes does odd “mechanic” jobs for a bit of spare change;
however not many people trust ‘the likes of him’ around their vehicles. ii.
surprisingly fussy with food, given his upbringing on and off the streets. iii.
there’s debate on whether Jack is considered a pyromaniac, he doesn’t
think he is, but will admit that if the opportunity arises to set something
ablaze; he’ll be first in line. iv. his hair has never been neat in his life, he
just wakes up and goes. bedhair everyday. v. very blunt and awkward at
times, he says what he thinks but as soon as emotions comes in to play he’s
go not a snowball’s chance in hell of understanding what to do, he tries
though. vi. doesn’t believe much in second chances, and he’s incredibly
untrusting. vii. he’s a deep sleeper, a nuclear bomb probably couldn’t
stir him from his slumber. he’s also a cuddler, (much to his absolute horror)
don’t let him sleep near you if you don’t want to wake up with his head on
your chest. viii. has a very thick New York accent, when he gets angry and
speaks fast - he can be a pain to understand if you’re not used to him.
