Lenora described their cake:

I'm not very good at cooking so I bought three cake bases. I put apricot marmelade and vanilla quark between the layers. Then I covered the cake with chocolate. After the chocolate had cooled down and hardened, I melted some more chocolate and started painting. I used the dog that was released in May. Lastly, I used som icing to draw the lily pad and eyes as well for the text. Painting took to do roughly three and half hours.
