My birthday "cake" is a giant muffin tower. I rotationally stacked 17 chocolate and vanilla muffins up (on spits, which were about 6 inch long and would then be arranged so they overlapped each other. See 2nd pic) so they built a big tower. Then I added "Happy Birthday"-candles, one letter per muffin, so you can read it from top to bottom. Also, I made a "3" to stick on the top of the tower and also a "CS" sign to stick up there, since CS is turning 3. And now, Happy Birthday!
