Howl

This is my little Wolf howling at the moon. It is only my 3rd drawing with the tablet so it is not very good. Does anyone know how to do snow? My snow is no the best. The timer is WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!!!!! Comments would be much appreciated and some tips would be really helpful.
