I tried to add as many elements of what you liked into this design <3
Here is what I used:
~ On the shoulder, there are some Cherry Blossums
~ On the rump are some blue markings/waterfall bits
~ Front right paw has three blue markings on
~ Tail has pink glow and floating musical notes
~ The left ear is floppy
~ He/She has a pair of purple butterfly wings, with a squiggle down the middle and a blue glow
~ Back right paw has a pink base
~ Back left paw has a sea green bracelect
~ Right eye has blue markings underneath
~ Eyes are dark purple/pink
~ Underneath of paws are as shown
