You know you can change the layers right? I made it so you can either color like that, or you can color with the white mark that takes the whole picture up... And I'm new at this so I really don't know how to fix it completely.

Let's see how well I can explain this. When you open up a new oekaki you notice how in the "layers" bar there is the 'Layer 1' thing? Well that is the Background layer and on that layer you don't want to do anything on it just yet! So first underneath that 'Layer 1' there is a little plus(+) and minus(-) sign. The plus sign adds layers and the minus sign deletes layers. Now click on the plus sign and rename the layer by double clicking the layer to Lines or Lineart. Now draw the lines for your drawing and then once you're done with that make another layer and use your mouse to drag the newest layer (which should be called Layer 2) so it is between Layer 1 and the Lines layer and rename it Color. Then color in the Lines and ta-da! You're done! (I won't get into shading. xD)
