Name or Itrag:
Chimera (Meaning of chimera (noun) impossible fancy; wild illusion)
Personality:
Chimera is fiesty and adventurous with a love to roam around with friends -- something that she has never grown out of! She is curious about the world around her and has a lovely zest for life. Being confident and self-assured, she has a strong character and strong leadership qualities. However, this too grants her a side of stubborness and when she is angry -- one had better watch it! All in all, though, she has a caring, kind temperament and would definitely be someone great to get along with. One flaw would be that Chimera tends to be a bit "showy" as she has a fine form and a stunning pelt, and enjoys being recognized as opposed to staying quietly at the background of the herd. She's definitely someone one would look out for!
Why you want it:
This female is indeed very stunning -- her pelt caught my eye immediately as I especially fancy brown, lack and white colours mixed together. Great work on the design! She looks gorgeous, thus I'm trying out for her. This is in fact the first adoptable that I'm trying out for amidst other player applications because I believe she is worth every bit of effort to get (:
Short story about your Itrag:
Chimera grew up in a small herd of about 7 Itrags. The environment she was raised in was loving and secure and this allowed her to grow in an assured manner. However, there was one thing that she lacked and that was freedom. Though there were little predators around, her parents were extremely protective. The boundaries placed on this little Itrag's wanderings caused her to be disatisfied with her current conditions. She always believed in setting out on an adventure and being an indepedant individual! With her and great enthusiasm, Chimera managed to convince 2 other Itrags of similar age to join her on a quest for a new herd.
The journey was a short one as a great number of small herds populated the region. On the way though, one of the Itrags died out of poor health. Though grieved, she still had a quest to follow and she kept a watchful eye on her other companion, Mala. They made it successfully to a new herd of individuals similar to her age and were welcomed warmly by the leader. This short journey thus ended with Chimera earning a place in the herd and taking on greater responsibilities. She found the interdependence she wanted in the herd and was ready to etch out a new chapter of her life.
Great job! Certainly more than I'd hoped for! Take care or her.
