This is my entry, Hope you <3 it! If theres anything that needs to be changed, Please let me know! :D
EDIT: Added a bit more to help out the design
EDIT 2: Alright, might finally be done! Added stuff to the legs
EDIT 3: Made the swirl bigger and added blue line under the eye
