Fur, Lighting, and Shading?

Is there any better way to do these ESPCALLY SHADING ????????????????????? :o
Moonacre writes normal
Apple writes in color + bold.
I (Moon) Would Like to say keyboard is super buggy and very difficult to type with, so my appoliges.

For fur, you could have the actual fur color underneath a black, but light lines that look like fur(Hard to explain). For light, you can use the Dodge tool. I'm not sure this art program has it though. As for shading, there's lots of ways to do that. You could use the burn tool or the airbrush tool.
