This is a picture of a Gymp.
A Gymp is a Penguin like creature whos feather colour changes to its mood.
The Beak, eyes and feet stay the same.
Usually the tail is same as the torso but when a death has happened to a loved one it turns black for a while.

Anyway, this Gymps Colony Leader and kind of 'Foster Mother' has just died.
Their feathers turn black when they are about to die.
Anyway, the Colony Leader risked her life to save the blue Gymp by jumping of to Cliff to sacrifice herself to the Sharks.
