So, this is Toxic. I saw that line art, and decided to fool around with it, coloring her green. After a while of erasing stray marks, I decided that I was actually gonna do something with it. At first, when I colored her green, I was thinking "Tehehe... Kitty got dropped in Toxic Waste" hence, her name, Toxic.
