I tried to incorporate all of the 'must haves' and most of the 'likes'. I hope this complex enough, but not too jumbled up. It can be a boy or a girl, but I think it looks more girlish. x3
The checkered spot on the left front paw is a glove. (Trying to represent a little emo/goth like you wanted) The music notes on the left ear can either be earings, tattoos, or just fur coloring. You can choose.
