That be Spring Heart's mother. She gets a flashback of when she got one good glimpse of her before her mother left her forever...

Her mother is also a background character. You can find her if you look through the list of characters. X3 I'm gonna find her a better name than whats given, though, and I've changed her hairstyle.

I'm not telling who her father is, but lets just say he's a pegasus. I haven't decided if he's going to be a Wonderbolt or not. But her mother is very wealthy, wonder why she just left Spring Heart there?

Sorry, I've been quite busy. Between two of my cats being sick, one at the vet and one at home slowly getting worse and worse, then my grandmother sick and having to deal with heartache and pain every day...its hard to find muse.

I'm not sure what should come next; a new scene with more action, a lot more, with a new character vs evil characters which will tie into the big plot, or continue with this one? if I continue with this scene here I won't have much inspiration and it will look like crap...

IDK what one you should do next, but I can understand the ''no inspiration'' thing, I'm writing a fanfic and sometimes I get stuck for 2 months.
