Rules:
You Can:
- Use it in contests (with contest owner`s permission), and/or for adoptables
- erase/add lineart to fix the lineart
- add shading/ BG
- Move layers around to make them fit on the dragon where you want them
- use for character, OC, and fursona refs, or just pictures :3
You Can`t:
- erase large amounts of lineart (ex: half the pic)
- claim the linart as your own
