"But father pleas-" twig begeed but her father cut her off "No exceptions Twig! I will not let you see that boy!" Twig's eyes blazed with fury "You can't tell me who i can love and who i can't!" She growled Her father glared and said "Twig i hate to have to do this but if you think the world is so perfect and your little crush won't hurt you go after him!" Her mother said "Honey banishing the girl is no way to handle thi-" he cut her off "Twig just go." With that she packed food and water grabbed her coat and left. Leaf stromed down the stairs and screamed at her father. Her sister was only a year older than her. "You can't do that! She wants to love and you forbade it! Mom told me everything! Where you grew up who you hung out with and what you did to make ends meet!" her father was bewildered "You told her." he whispered to his wife. She didn't respond. "Leaf has your fire you know that branch?" He whispered amused. Branch stormed to leaf's side and blew her top along with leaf. In unison they said "I'm going to find her!"


Twig found where Stone had said he lived. She pounded away from the sounnd but they heard and smelt her and pelted after her much fatser and cornered her. She gave him a good claw across his face. "You shouldn't have done that." He snarled. She smelled his rancid breath.
A famillar voice sounded behind the brute "That's no way to treat a lady!" He leapt at him. The brute ran tail in between his legs. "Stone you did not have to do that!" she said. "Yes i did." he said. Twig looked down at her paws in shame. "I defied my father to come and see you." Stone looked at her "Well let's get you home." he said "Yes my mother is probably worried"
They returned home.

He proposed to Twig. She said yes and life couldn't have been better.


The end
