redlining

Postby brian emo » Tue Nov 29, 2011 3:50 pm

Alright, here you go. c:
Just some notes, since the silly canvas is very small:

    1. Each leg (applies to dogs too) has two joints between the shoulder and wrist, like an elbow or knee.
    2. The elbow (front legs) and knee (back legs) should form a straight line when compared in a basic standing position.
    3. The forehead and muzzle should slope down pretty much identically, and the chin and nose should also form a straight line; this forms a kind of diamond shape to the head.
    4. The cat has rather looser skin than a dog, so the paws are rounder and fluffier, and the cat looks overall rather chubbier and stockier.
    5. The eye should start with a circle. Then add the "liner" (which is less than you'd add on a dog, making the eye look proportionally rounder and larger) and the pupil- which is slanted, remember!

Aaand I think that's it, also added a reminder for the nose in the bottom corner.
