Warning! Hazard!

My little sea creature thing. I've named it Hazard. Ain't he cute? If anyone is interested, I did the back ground by doing sort of a fish-scale pattern with the burn brush on default settings, then went back over with the dodge brush. ;) I made the sort of underwater effect by duplicating the background, putting it above everything except the tag, and setting it to hard light, 15% opacity.
