Story: It was a hot day. Hotter than anyone could imagine. I had to go outside into the blistering heat to walk my current dog, Spot. I slipped her leash on, making sure she wouldn't escape anyhow, as I slowly walked out the front door. The heat blasted into my face, like I was in an oven. I pushed it aside, as I told Spot to keep moving on. My eyes could barely stay open, as the heat forced them closed. I struggled to keep myself on my feet, and awake. Spot stopped suddenly, as her ears perked. I asked her tiredly "Spot, what's wrong girl?" She kept staring dead on at the bush to our left. I looked over at it as well, and watched. I watched and watched, for what seemed like hours to me, just waiting for something to happen. She let out a low growl, as something rustled in the thick bush. I saw a beautiful dark blue paw reach out from behind the bush. Spot stared at it in curiousity. "Wow..." I said in awe. Just then, a beautiful creature emerged from the bush, as it looked at me. My eyes widened, as my hands became shaky, not sure what it would do next. I took a deep breath, and slowly put my left arm out. The creature put its ears back, and let a light smile show. I smiled back, and waited for it to come closer. Closer and closer it came, until it was right at my hand, waiting for me to pet it. I stroked the animals soft fur on its back, as it sat down calmly. Spot wagged her tail happily at the other dog. I motioned the dog to walk with us, hoping it would come. She trotted along with us, and even followed us home. I have not yet decided on a name for my new dog, as she is too stunning to think of one at the moment.

Personality: Brave, strong, couragous, short tempered and hard to make her smile

Story: It was Rue's first day outside and already she loved it. Rue was playing with her brothers when she heard something coming from the bushes. Rue was frozen in place, her brothers asked what was wrong. Rue said "we need to get home now, and fast. The pups were quite a way from home. a few seconds after they started to go home a giant creature burst from the bush. " RUN!" said alex, Rues older brother. They all ran as fast as they could. Rue was running as fast as they were. As soon as they got home they told their parents. " oh my!" said their mother. "well no problem.ill get some wolves together and we'll go check it out" The next day their father came home and told them it was a dog. cousins of the wolves. " the dog was mighty big and she told us it wasn't her fault. she said she was sorry if she scared you but she was running from humans who were trying to take her away and put her to 'sleep'." a month later Rue brother came up to her and asked "hey wanna race?" "well would it be fair? you guys train with dad every day at the track!" "well of course it would be fair! dad just cleaned the track her at home. none of us have been on it before" Rue thought it over. "Ok. but prepare to get your buts kicked!" "ha ha ha. i dont think you'll get the chance!" rue and her brothers were not normal pup. they had special powers like reading minds or turning invisible. Alex could turn invisible, Tom could fly, Dimitri was the smartest, and Rue could read minds and she could feel someone emotions. Rue read her brothers minds. Dimitri thought he would com in second cause he was second fastest, Alex first cause he was fastest, Tom third and Rue last cause she was the youngest by a few minutes and she was'nt quite as big ans her brother alex but she eas bigger than her other brothers. "you know just because you are the fastest and biggest doesn't mean you'll win Alex" "stop reading our minds Rue!" they all said at once. Rue smiled. "well what else do you want me to do? Spy on somebody?" that was something else Rue could do. her dad thought she was the most powerful out of Tom and Dimi (Short for Dimitri) but he didn't know about Alex. "will dad be watching so you guys dont cheat?" "yes he will! Gosh you think we would cheat and not see how fast you really are? Plus Tom already tried flying. he got so far behind we had to wait when we went hunting!" "he dont mock me!" "well it is true" Rue smiled at her brothers, they could be so funny and weird at the same time. As they waited for their dad to come and watch they exersized around the track. Rue stayed and waited for her dad. "Hey Rue! Why aren't you exersizing called her dad. " i run faster when i dont exersize. If i do it takes away my energy!" "well lets hope you dont pull a muscule" They all lined up at the track. Rue was first, the Alex Dimi and Tom. "Your gonna get fried cause you didn't warm up" murmured her brother "well you dont know me as well as you think!" she said back when she heard the buzzer she launched out with alex keeping pace with him. Her brother pushed her harder. Rue caught up easily. "really? this is easy. why dont we kick it up a notch?" said Rue, her brother pulled away from her like a shot. She took off after him and passed him. they had watched horse racing and as Rue got farther ahead her father was the anouncer: "And Rue is at first place buy 10 lengths! 12 lengths and still gaining!" Rue ran even faster she got so far ahead she could almost see Alex " and Rue wins by 51 lengths! this i a world wide record for wolf racing all over the world! Lets get the wolvs that just raced inside!" Rue ran to meet her dad. "They didn't think i could beat them dad!" "well you showed them didn't you?" "yeah i guess i did!" " when your older we might be able to put you into wolf racing!" "really dad?" "yep. we might! But you would have to run alot faster than that!" "well guess what! that wasn't even my fastest! I didn't even break a sweat!" "Thats what worries me! Wolves could get mad at you for it."why would they get mad at me?"
"Because. Wolf racing is only for males.You could steal the top wolf's position and you could get hurt!" "well im going to fight for females rights to race! And nothingwill stop me" "And even tough we think your crazy. We stand by you 100%.We think you can do it lil sis"...
