Synthesis The one in the picture POV
I was a wandering wolf, nothing more, nothing less. Every day was always the same. Hunt, drink, survive. It never changed until the day the world shook. The mountains seemed to fall upon me and blackness entered my mind.
Nemo's POV
I was looking at the sky, trying to find the face of my siblings who were flying high while I was stuck on the ground. I was only brought to earth when the ground shook beneath me. I heard a giant crack and I watched as half of my home was covered in rocks in a matter of seconds. The mountain seemed to shrink. Suddenly, I heard a yelp and my head swiveled to the direction of the sound. I don't know why, but I ran to the source. The sight I saw was not a pretty one. A light gray wolf was scratched up and bleeding. His eyes were closed and they didn't look like they would open ever again. Two long scratches distorted them and almost knitted them closed. I winced as I saw a wound almost chopping of this wolfs tail. And his entire left hind leg was crushed under a stone. Poor thing, I whispered. The gray wolf groaned. Hold on there! I told him. And I pushed with all my might on the rock, but it didn't budge. I tried again and again, and it barely moved. I was hoping I didn't have to do this, I thought. I howled and the rock slid. Being half-angel did have it's perks, even if you can't fly.
Synthesis' POV
I awoke with a gasp, bumping into a wolf, or at least I thought it was a wolf. I didn't look at her much, I was in too much pain. I tried to open my eyes to figure out why, but my eyes wouldn't open. What's going on? I said, slightly panicking. The wolf rumbled in a feminine voice, You were caught in rock fall, she said. That explained the pain, especially my left back leg Why can't I see? I asked. I heard the wolf shift, Well, they got a bit scratched up in the rock fall. The eyes are stuck shut. I gasped. My eyes were stuck shut. I would never see again. Your leg was crushed and your tail barely made it through. I winced. I was lucky I was alive. I got these scars when the devil met the angel.
