It seemed like only yesterday Azul was traning me how to hunt. Even though he was my half-brother it seemed like we were closer. I sighed trotting through the forest, looking for food. It was very misty out, and I couldn't even see my paws. I decided to go to the clearing. Small mice lived their and deer taught their young how to say clear of hunters, there. I would be fine though, no hunters would want me. I grinned picking up my past. I heard a small branch crack, usually it would have bothered me. I am very timid. But I was so eager to catch some food, my stomach decided to control me instead of my brain. I turned my head quickly to see if it could have been anything. Nothing was there, though. Just the fog and the common squirrel. Before I could turn my head, I smashed into something furry. It growled at me, and slowely I turned my head.
"Well, well, well, What do we have here." A dark wolf mix grinned. His white teeth stood out from his dark chocolate coat. I snarled at him, thinking it was just some wolf wanting to steal me away. Finally I started in to his eyes. Azul. Could it be?
"Azul, is it really you? I thought I-" Before I could finish he had pushed me onto the ground snarling and snapping at my neck. Foam dripped from his mouth mixed with blood. My blood. He had all ready bitten into my neck. Would I to, be infected with rabies. I prayed not, I prayed I would survive. I lunged at Azul's neck and held down tight. He yelped, and scrated at my eyes. But I wouldn't let go. It was for the best.
"Azul, I-, I love you." His body went limp in my mouth, and tears flowed from my eyes.
