RULES:

I know, you hate'm, but we gotta have'm.
1.) all tess's/CS's rules apply.
2.) no, you may NOT keep the character you design, unless you win. That means create a Casslynn you like, still following the Casslynn guidelines.
3.) no copying/ bullying/rudeness
4.) don't say, 'Oh I'm so not gonna win! mines horrible! OMG I AM NOT GOING TO WIN BECAUSE YOUR ENTRY IS SO GOOD!' or anything like that.
5.) err...I ant think of more rules, more will be added later xP

Prizes and Rankings

PRIZEZ!!! YAY!!

1st prize gets to keep their Casslynn, become an official artist with their design as leader of an element, and gets a little surprise from me ;3

2nd prize gets to keep their Casslynn and gets to become an official artist with their design as leader of an element.

3rd prize gets to keep their Casslynn and becomes a guest artist.

A few honorable mentions will get to keep their Casslynn.
