I based her/him (your choice) off of a peacock because a peacock has the blue and green color you wanted also a peacock reprents glory, immortality, royalty, and incorruptibility and is a symbol of integrity and beauty. I tryed drawing a peacock feather for the neckless but I am not good at drawing, sorry. Also timer is right... I kept trying different things untill it looked good.
