Here are some general, beginning tips on drawing proper cat anatomy ^_^
1. A cat's head is flat. In my opinion, this is the most common error when drawing a cat. If you look at a cat's skull, or a cat in real life, you'll notice that there is a very flat slope from the cat's forehead to it's muzzle. This is hard to see since this is a front view headshot, but still make the top of the head flat.
2. This is a cat, not a rabbit, so make sure the ears are coming from the sides of the cat's head, not the top. Also your ears should be bigger and contain a broader slope. The lines from the head to the ear tip should be flat, but the lines from the ear tip to the cheek should be curved.
3. Unless your cat is made of jelly, don't makes it's head a blob.
Make sure there is a stronger definition of the cheeks. The neck should be coming from the cat's head, behind it's ears. Remember, cats have very fat necks!
4. Make sure that your kitty's eyes aren't on her forehead. While this may be an attractive feature on an alien, it looks unnatural on a cat. xD The cat's eyes should be right in the middle of it's face. Also, keep the eyes rounded but make sure to include the tear ducts and have them tilted a touch.
5. Now I'll cover the cat's muzzle. You did a good job on the smile, but try to have it look a bit more "broken". In other words, don't just make it a squiggle line and try not to connect it to the nose. Cats also have a triangular shape at the end of the smile. You should probably hint the chin as well to give the muzzle more depth.
6. Finally, remember that although cats are stocky creatures, don't make them too fat. Use straighter lines and avoid perfect circles or curves.
Hope this helps!
