One thing about her design if you look carefully you can see that in her shoulder/neck area the outer part of her leopard spots are the darker blue and on her hind legs and rump area the outer part is white c: Somewhere in between they switch ^-^
Also she is blind in her left eye.

Cieco is a very strong willed little girl. She thinks she is better then everyone else but Shinzu and her friends. She thinks of Shinzu has a father, even though they are brother and sister. Cieco has learned a lot from Shinzu and uses all the knowledge that he gave her. She is very smart for her young age and knows most of the ice fighting moves. You would not want to fight with her, even at this young age.
