Glowy rune cat!

I dunno. pretty random. The side of the face with the orange 'evil' eye is supposed to have been crudely mutated by the lightning that made the cat a 'rune cat' in the first place. The cat hides it with his shock of electric blue hair.

The timer somewhat lies, because at first i wanted the hair to be red, then green, than pink. I finally settled with blue. XD
