-Keep in mind that wolves are strong, powerful animals. Make their shoulders stand out with fur tuffs, and have large upper arms.
-In your sketch, the wolf's hind leg is a bit far up. Make it curve more, and remember- large, powerful!
- A tail wouldn't be able to stand up like that in a sitting position. Trust me, I know what you are trying to do! The tail should be seen, but with a sitting posture like this, it would most likly be laying flat on the ground.
- The muzzle (And I might be wrong about this) seemed a bit long. I shortened it a bit, and put the eye back to compensate.
- Wolves- when drawn in anime syle- have very fluffy necks. Don't be afraid to add a little fluff to them!
Besides this, I think you're a very good artist! I'm jealous of your ears, actually. Hehe... Well, I hope this helps!
