The scarf and Jellybabies are made famous by the great actor, Tom Baker. This is my tribute to the fourth Doctor, in my opinion, the best doctor of all eleven. Tom Baker was also the longest serving Doctor at the time, though that might change... I hope you enjoy the wonderful acting done by Tom Baker!
