Name: Ashfur
Gender: Male
Story: The forest fire was starting to burn quite loudly. The flamed danced as if it was mocking the wolves trying to kill it down. It crackled and burned. And I was scared. Very scared. The flames turned a dark blue, but stayed and did not die out. I ran towards it, which just made the other wolves stop me.
"Son," my father said. "It is too dangerous to go out there."
"But-" I started to protest.
"No buts." Father answered.
"Ash, you should head back to our cave," Mother said. "And leave this to us! Go play with your friends or something,"
I started to jump over them and head towards the flame.
"No one can stop me now," I said to myself, breathing heavily. "I'm too far away from them."
"SON-" Father started to cry after me. "No!"
I gasped for air, feeling the flame on me. But I didn't care. I'd heard that a blue flame made blue markings on a wolf, and I was just a plain dark gray wolf. No, I couldn't stop now. So I charged. And that was it. The blue markings, shaped like swirls, that I earned as a young wolf pup are still there. And it's been a couple of years.
