This is actually good for your first try. Just don't give up and have confidence in yourself and you will be able to achieve anything. Great job for your first try(:
Just some suggestions;
Maybe try using the smoothing tool. It is on the brush format. This tool helps so that you don't need to try to smooth the drawing yourself!
