This is Riki. He's one of the two main characters of a Comic/Book I'm starting, called Mountain Pride, a story based around a pride of mountain lions in the northern region of the Adirondacks.
The two main characters are Riki, a lowly warrior, and Kunike, the high prince of the region.

Now I should explain what a Betrothed is;
Amongst Cougars, it happens that each one is born with a soul mate, so to speak, another cougar of whom they are destined to be with for eternity, even after death. Anything below a Priest is not deemed important enough for their Betrothed to be found for them. However, for Priests and up, it is very important that their Betrothed is found. It's important because if a cougar's Betrothed is killed, then both of those cougars die.
This story so happens that Kunike, the High Prince of the Northern Pride, finds out that his Betrothed is a lowly warrior, Riki. Kunike doesn't really care, in fact he thinks it's fantastic. Riki, however, does not think so. And that's pretty much the basis of the story, how it starts. Naturally there will be lots of people trying to kill Riki, since killing him would, by default, destroy Kunike as well, which would have an enormous impact on the pride, losing the High Prince, heir to the throne, would send it into chaos!
