for those who don't know vocaloid is a computer generized group who sing, dance to, and act out their songs. their anime characters
haku is a depressed character who feels like shes un important. her name actully means utters negative words
neru is a girl who is part of utau and is sometimes seen singing with vocaloid and is obsessed with her phone.

No, its Haku not Neru. Haku's bow/ponytail is at the base of her head, where it meets her neck. And I dont know what Haku's item is, so thats good XP
