History:Fuego was found sick and cold in the rain and was sent to an animal shelter. No one knew what he was but one girl had the guts to adopt him from the shelter considering the fact he managed to scorch everything near him when he got scared.Now she loves him more than anything else in the world!
Story:Fuego glanced nervously at the thick dark clouds rolling overhead. He shivered from the cold. He knew he was getting weaker and weaker from the cold. He lay down in the tall grass and slowly drifted to sleep. When he woke up he was wrapped up in warm towels and two bright human eyes peeked at him from the other side of the bars. 'Where am I?' he thought and nervously scanned his surroundings. The two human eyes disappeared then returned shortly after only this time the owner of the eyes was carrying a bowl of strange pellets. She slipped it into the cage, "Go on, eat." she said. Fuego stood up shakily and sniffed at the pellets. 'BLECK!' he turned around and lay back down. The girl smiled and slipped chunks of apple through the bars. Fuego sniffed the air hungrily. He stood up again and sniffed the apples chunks then gingerly picked one up and ate it ravenously . The girl smiled excitedly.She put her fingers into the cage. Fuego's eyes widened and he backed away slowly. The girl pulled her hand back and sighed sadly. Fuego felt badly and made his way to the front of the cage and put his face to the bars. The girl reached up and pet him gently on the face. From that moment on they were best friends. The girl came back the next day and took Fuego home to live with her and her parents.
What will you use it for:I am working on a "book" about an island inhabited strange creatures and would love to include a Avus Leprieas!
