Yeah, my first oekaki attempt of him wasn't so good, so I thought I'd tried again. Still a bit ugly, but much more satisfying than my last one ^^ Whatevs, no stealing, etc. No ref was really used, except for color, and some anatomy stuff problems I couldn't figure out to draw.

Yeah, that arm really bothered me e-e But I realized its actually ok, I have seen art by the Sgt Frog people, they have done it before, so I ignored it xD That arm hates me... And thank you <3
