It is like a tablet to draw on... you hook it up with the computer and it is like a giant pad with a pen specially made with it and you can draw your creations with hand, but still in digital. You can even use it with CS Oekaki.

IDK... Lols, oh well... as long as he is only bugging my sibs, I'm fine with it :3
